Astride Jeannot (she/her) is a prominent leader in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). She possesses unparalleled expertise and a transformative vision that has been instrumental in spearheading several groundbreaking initiatives, making her an influential figure in the field.
She has worked with various organizations across various sectors, pioneering their inaugural DEIB strategies. As a thought leader in the field, she has coached senior leaders on DEIB communication, crisis management, and proactive DEIB initiatives, solidifying her reputation for driving systemic change at every level.
As the founder of letsSTARTtogether, Astride leverages her expertise to equip clients with the tools and resources needed to build robust DEIB strategies and systems that place the needs of their most vulnerable and systemically marginalized first.
Astride is a published author of "Knowing How to Discuss Race in The Classroom," a guidebook providing indispensable insights for white educators navigating complex racial conversations. Additionally, she serves as a facilitator at Birth Roots, a non-profit supporting community-based education, leading support groups for Black mothers in Maine.
